Our Process . . .

Builder Involvement: 
As the owner of McElmurry Homes, Inc., it is very important for Mike to stay on top of job production and deadlines, for each and every job.  Therefore, he stays in constant contact with the project manager, for updates, consultation, and problem solving.  Mike also makes a priority to personally visit each job site on a regular basis, to aid in controlling production.

Communication:
Building a new home can be fast paced and confusing to the new homeowner.  Mike and his staff wish to make each client feel completely comfortable with the process.  Therefore, personal attention is given to each client. In addition, budgeting is extremely important when building a home.  Mike makes it a top priority to make sure the design and specifications are in line with the overall budget.  Also, we have a full time construction/decorating assistant to aide in the production of the job.  She is available during business hours to help the client or the project manager to complete needed scheduling/decorating tasks to ensure a smooth transaction.
